Soviet repression against Poles. State of the art and prospects of research

Meeting with renowned Polish researchers, who are currently conducting research on the Soviet repressions against Poles. During the meeting, a unique database of Polish victims of the Polish Operation of the NKVD was presented and the main problems and scientific challenges related to the study of relations between the Soviets and the Polish Underground State were discussed. In addition, the topics discussed included the access to archive materials in post-Soviet countries and the attitude of public opinion and scientific circles of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus towards this issue.
