The aim in the project is to create opportunities for young leaders from Poland and Russia to get to know each other and to exchange ones views. Trainings and workshops conducted by prominent professionals are valuable experience for the future representatives of the elites of both countries.

"Club of Warsaw", project of the Centre for Polish-Russian Dialogue and Understanding  is a permanent Polish-Russian young leaders meeting point, who actively participate in public life, at national, regional and local levels. The long-term goal of this initiative is to create a network of small communities of both neighbouring countries.

- We want the young people from Poland and Russia to gain skills, useful for the functioning in the public life, facilitating the development and career in its various fields - explains Ernest Wyciszkiewicz, Director of the Centre.

The programme includes eg. negotation skills training, public speaking workshop or diplomatic protocol and etiquette course.
