Bronisław Piłsudski – researcher of the world of Ainu people

In order to commemorate and honour this figure important for science and culture, the Centre has established cooperation with the Peter the Great Russian Academy of Sciences (Kunstkamera) in St. Petersburg, which has the largest collection of artifacts and photographs by this outstanding researcher. The development and digitalization of the rich scientific legacy will result in an album presenting a part of Bronisław Piłsudski's collection devoted to his research on the Ainu people.
